President

Henry B. Ryan III

Henry totally understands the GSCC methodology that allows us to efficiently bring a concept to fruition and final completion. Having grown up in a family business of construction has given Henry the field experience and business skills necessary to be successful. He is a proactive problem solver, who is also an expert at scheduling and construction quality control management.

Freddie B. Arnold Jr.

Fred joined Sollitt in 2003 after transitioning from ten (10) years of Operations with McDonald’s Corporation.  He served Sollitt in the capacity of Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager for four (4) years prior to transferring, in 2007, to the Estimating Department, as a Lead Estimator.

Kieren MacAleer

Kieran earned his Construction Technology degree in 1992 and began his career supervising commercial and industrial projects in Glasgow, Scotland. Since joining Sollitt in 2002, he has managed major educational projects including the $27 million Coal City High School addition and renovation and is currently overseeing the Elgin Sports Complex Expansion.
