The Near North Montessori School is located at 1434 W. Division Street in Chicago. The four story building is approximately 100,000 sf. This two phase renovation project includes new meeting spaces and classroom consolidation on the upper floors. Work on the lower levels includes classroom floor alignment, reconfiguring and expanding of office areas and after school program areas, along with the removal and replacement of the building’s roof. The renovation also included Mechanical upgrades, new HVAC system and a new building automation/management system, as well as solar energy.

Phase II will include a gymnasium addition on the north half of the existing playground located on the west side of the existing building..
