After succesfully completing numerous projects for this client, Sollitt was retained as Construction Manager/Constructor to help the Project Team budget, value engineer, and schedule extensive remodeling and additions to the existing facilities.

A new wing was added for resident housing and support services. The kitchen facilities were expanded and relocated to the new addition. Modernizing and redecorating the existing resident housing required scheduling the work on a phased basis to minimize disruption to the residents.

Working within the heart of this campus, with its grove of century-old oak trees, required maximum sensitivity, both to the setting and to the needs of the residents. Sollitt continues to perform various work at The Scottish Home.
