Sollitt was retained to provide Preconstruction Consulting and Construction Management services for the largest expansion in the history of Resurrection Retirement Community.

The project consisted of a new six story, free-standing masonry building that provides apartment residences and related support services for Senior Living. The building consists of efficiency, one- and two-bedroom apartments and includes a full-service kitchen and cafeteria, activity center and medical clinic. Enhanced supportive living services also are provided, and resident assistance is available 24 hours a day.
