Sollitt provided extensive preconstruction services, including budget development, value engineering, scheduling, and phasing recommendations during reconstruction of this existing senior housing facility. Four floors were gutted and new HVAC, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems installed. The updated facility features bright, attractive apartments and a common activities area.
