Located in a high-visibility area near the commercial center of the City, the new Service Center is an attractive, three story, 63,000 sq. ft. free-standing building with a precast concrete frame and masonry exterior walls with stone accents. The structure houses facilities for vehicle storage, maintenance and repair, along with Administrative and Support Services. The building includes parking for 110 cars and 7 large vehicles. A contiguous yard contains fueling stations, supply barns, and additional space for vehicle storage, as well as an extensive system for underground retention of storm water.

Sollitt was retained as a member of the Project Team to provide cost and Budgeting, Value Engineering, Scheduling, and other Preconstruction services.
