The rehabilitation of this landmark building reclaims an important piece of city history. The five story, 162,000 square foot structure was completely gutted and renovated to provide bright, updated office facilities.  Many of the original interior features, such as the existing central staircase and columns, were retained and refurbished.  The façade was reconstructed similar to the original with terra cotta and large windows.  Existing upper windows and deteriorated terra cotta ornamentation were also rebuilt.

The revitalized edifice glows with new life and venerates the original character and history of the surrounding community.
