This project consisted of the construction of a new two story 29,000 square foot Village Hall with a full basement of approximately 16,000 square feet that
was constructed in the existing Village Hall parking lot. The building includes
administrative offices, exhibit space for the local historical society, and a
Board Room that seats about 100 visitors. The project consisted of constructing an enclosed link between the new village hall and the existing Police Station. Site improvements
included new parking lots, utilities and landscaping. Careful attention
was paid to staging, storage and safety because the daily operations for both the existing Village Hall and Police Station
had to be maintained during construction.
