Description
The project began with a complete gut of a 104,000 square foot decommissioned building and was completed as a new, modern dining facility serving over 16,000 meals daily. The gut included lead and asbestos abatement, which was coordinated by Sollitt. Sollitt also provided new underground plumbing, sewerage, and electrical utilities, along with complete new mechanical and electrical systems. The new dining facility contains $4,000,000 of kitchen equipment, furnished and installed by Sollitt. Finish materials are structural glazed tile and quarry tile throughout.
