Scheduling / Planning

Sollitt will develop a Master Schedule that includes activities and responsibilities of all team members from early design to project closeout. Construction Schedules are developed with full consideration of team member input.

Value Engineering

Sollitt’s responsibility is to provide complete and accurate data regarding efficient solutions to the program requirements so that the team can make informed decisions regarding alterations to the emerging design. Value engineering is an on-going process that doesn’t end when the project bids.

LEED / Sustainability Construction

Most of our people are LEED Accredited and thus able to contribute meaningful suggestions throughout the pre-construction and construction phases to arrive at the level of LEED certification sought by our clients.

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Sollitt has invested in the staff, hardware, software and training so that we interface in a meaningful manner with architects and subcontractors who are likewise astute with these tools.
