Our main positions include:
Project Manager
Our project managers are responsible for the supervision and administration of the business aspects of our construction projects. This involves the management of the contract activities, communication with the Owner, Architect and subcontractors, managing finance, budgeting, procurement and scheduling. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field and 4 years of relevant experience.
ApplySuperintendent
Our superintendents are responsible for all field operations and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the contract documents and schedule. Superintendents also implement and enforce safety and quality control policies. Construction knowledge, communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Qualifications include 8 years of experience in construction commercial, institutional, medical, religious and educational type projects.
ApplyEstimator
Our estimators are responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications in varying stages of completion to develop accurate projections of cost including material, labor, equipment and subcontracts. Duties include competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, scope review and contract negotiation. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience.
