Main Entrance and Professional Office Building Addition

New Main Entrance consisting of a single story, 11,000 square foot building, with structural steel frame and exterior precast members. The new addition contains arched entrance canopy, lobby, reception and patient admitting areas, gift and coffee shops.

The POB addition contains 4 stories and a basement totaling 24,000 square feet. The structural steel frame building is enclosed with exterior precast panels to match the existing structure. These bright new additions provide a clearly defined and highly visible main entrance and also include expanded reception and treatment areas.

The existing entrance had to be maintained throughout construction with foot traffic routed through the center of the new addition. This stringent requirement called for a detailed phasing plan and close coordination with the Client.
