The Jackson Park Hospital Medical Office Building (MOB) is located on the corner of Cornell Avenue and 7th Street in Chicago, Illinois.  This new three story MOB facility is constructed of structural steel and precast concrete.  It has a connecting bridge to the main hospital.

The new facility consists of offices, and functions as a family health center.  The building includes staff meeting space and spacious waiting areas.

The project was designed to meet LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards.

The facility will include a green roof, which is the use of recycled materials and energy efficient mechanical systems.
