Located on a 76 acre site, the project consists of a new 380,000 square feet, 2 story, high school facility.
The building has a combination structural steel and load
bearing masonry frame with cast in place concrete decks and exterior masonry with CMU backing. The facility includes a competition running track, a 6 lane competition and diving pool, 3 practice gyms and 1 competition gym, a 780 seat auditorium with state of the art sound system and acoustically isolated mechanical equipment.
The facility also includes vocational facilities including auto and engine repair, construction trade and machine tool shop, music, art, drafting, fashion, photography, food preparation, and computer repair.
Site work includes 12 tennis courts, 1 football field, 4 baseball diamonds and 2 soccer fields. The building features a number of high level finishes including ground face block walls and terrazzo flooring in corridors.
