CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Accepting resumes for a Construction Project Manager position.  Must have minimum 3-5 years of project management experience with a general contractor, construction manager or subtrade. Experience with running small to medium size projects in healthcare, educational or commercial fields.  Undergraduate degree in construction field a plus.

CONSTRUCTION ACCOUNTANT CLERK
The George Sollitt Construction Company is looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented Full Time Accounting Clerk for various tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, meet deadlines, work well with co-workers, customers and vendors and keep clear consistent records.

 

SUPERINTENDENT
Our superintendents are responsible for all field operations and ensure that all work is performed in compliance with the contract documents and schedule. Superintendents also implement and enforce safety and quality control policies.  Construction knowledge, communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential.  Qualifications include 8 years of experience in commercial, institutional, medical, religious and educational construction type projects.

ESTIMATOR
Our estimators are responsible for reviewing project drawings and specifications in varying stages of completion to develop accurate projections of cost including material, labor, equipment and subcontracts.  Duties include competitive bidding, conceptual estimating, scope review and contract negotiation.  Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5 years relevant experience.
