The Lee Pasteur Hurley Area Elementary School is located at 4707 West Marquette
Road, Chicago, Illinois. This new three story 105,000sf elementary school is
designed for 900 students, ranging form Pre-K through 8th grade. This “L” shaped
prototypical design is constructed of steel frame and masonry. The new school
will include; science, computer, music and art classrooms, in addition to the
library, gymnasium and dining facilities.
The Lee Pasteur Hurley Area Elementary School is registered to achieve LEED
for Schools® Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
Construction is expected to finish in June 2010. |
